Standard hygiene hand wash process (Cycle):-(Auto detection of hands in Washing area)

  • 1) Warm Water spray on hand- 2 sec.
  • 2) Soap/detergent dispense-1 sec
  • 3) Delay for hand rub- 20 sec.
  • 4) Warm Water Spray- 10 sec.
  • 5) Air dryer- 6 sec.
  • 6) Sanitizer dispense- 1 sec. – Total hygiene hand wash time: – 40 sec. Note: – All the timers are settable with supervisory control.

Used mainly to collect & control the Dust generated & collected in safe manner, in areas where the residual material is of high value or hazardous to human environment.

Collection/ Recovery of shoe sole dust/burr by high speed rotating brushes ( bottom & side wise) , 50 pairs of Shoes at a time, internal as well as external washing of shoes with Water jet, detergent & high pressure dry air. A post washing filter has been attached to recover the sludge obtained during washing process
